Care Assistant

We are looking for a mindful, committed, and dependable Care Assistant to join an exciting social care provider in Wokingham.

Position: Care Assistant

Location: Wokingham

Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible hours available)

Salary: £14.00 - £19.00 per hour

Closing date: 30/04/2024

Key responsibilities will include:

- Personal Care - toileting, showering, bathing.

- Medication Support.

- Mobility Support.

- Domestic Assistance inc cleaning and cooking.

- Sharing hobbies and Interests.

- Providing Companionship.

- Promoting the physical and mental health of clients.

- Additional tasks as required.

About you:

We are in search of an individual who possesses a drive to succeed and is motivated, proactive, dedicated, and resilient. You will have excellent communication and social interaction skills and an outstanding ability to find solutions to problems. We are looking for an individual with a caring and optimistic outlook with the capability to work successfully in a fluctuating work setting.

Essential criteria for the role of Care Assistant include:

- Full Driving License.

- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care.

- Experience in providing care.

- A cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
