Summary
Support worker needed for 5 hours per week to support a young man in supported living.
Duties include:
• Social and leisure activities
• Shopping
• Housework
• Booking/Managing health appointments
Hours:
• 5 hours per week.
• Days/times to be agreed with the client
Competencies:
• Must be reliable and flexible
• Must be caring and possess empathy
• Honest and trustworthy
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience and understanding of working in a person centered way
• Able to respond to client in ways that exhibits dignity and respect
Experience:
• Previous experience working in a Health and Social Care environment
• Working with individuals in a 1-1/home setting
Qualifications:
• A Health and Social Care qualification L1 -L3
• GCSE English
