Summary
The Field Army IX Programme is an award-winning major business change programme which is delivering business improvements and efficiencies across the Army. Working closely with the Programme Visionary (PV), the Change Manger (CM) is responsible for leading the implementation of the change. In this role the CM will develop and implement business change plans, working closely with, advising and supporting business leaders. They will be responsible for assessing whether the change had been landed and adjusting the plan where success has not been achieved. They will be responsible for developing the plan to transfer the new capabilities to BAU.
