Summary
The working pattern will vary based on the Rota & the migrant will be required to work flexible hours to meet business needs. Some days they will be required to work longer shifts including early & late shifts due to the nature of the business. Kitchen Manager responsibilities include: leading the kitchen team, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory & complying with safety & cleanliness standards. Other tasks include: Managing kitchen staff & coordinate food orders, supervising food prep & cooking, establishing portion sizes, scheduling kitchen staff shifts, price menu items in collaboration with the fast food Restaurant Manager, ordering food supplies & kitchen equipment as needed. Train kitchen staff on prep work & food presentation techniques. Store food products in compliance with safety practices. Keep weekly and monthly cost reports.
