Summary
The working pattern will vary based on the Rota & they will be required to work flexible hours to meet business needs. Some days they will be required to work longer shifts including early & late shifts due to the nature of the business.
Head Chef responsibilities include: Managing the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure that the highest quality of food is served to our customers. Assist with food preparation, cooking, and cleanup. Maintain kitchen equipment as needed. Supervise kitchen staff. Resolve issues as they arise to ensure the continuation of foodservice. Plan and create dishes unique to our brand. Ensure that all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen. Collaborate with the management team to align kitchen operations with the overarching goals of the business. Direct monthly inventory. Maintain vender relationships.
