Summary
Chelmsford Theatre are looking for someone with experience in a Café/ restaurant environment, with a passion for the community and a commitment to great customer service to join our team as a Café Supervisor.
The Café Supervisor will support the Visitor Experience Management team in building and evolving the Theatre café and supervise the day-to-day café and food operation. This is a practical, hands-on role, with the majority of working hours spent in the service area, preparing and serving food and drink as well as ensuring all staff provide a warm and welcoming space to all the users of the theatre.
