Summary

Salary: £26,500

Location: Leicester- Hybrid

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rotation shift between 8:00 and 19:00 (NO WEEKENDS!)





We have a fantastic opportunity to join our First Notification of Loss Department (FNOL) within our motor claims department, where you will play a vital role in delivering the best outcomes for us and our customers.



We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have outstanding communication skills and a high attention to detail to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for our customers following a road traffic accident.





Job Details

  • Accurately logging the first notification of motor claims, including setting clear expectations of the service journey with the customer's
  • Proactively managing a portfolio of claims that you have registered and carrying out initial investigations on both first-party and third-party claims through gathering evidence and liaising with various stakeholders to support the claim.
  • Taking ownership of all inbound calls whilst providing clear and effective communication throughout
  • Making the correct liability decision on every claim, as well as identifying indemnity issues and managing resolutions
  • Having difficult conversations with customers about liability decisions preventing customer complaints
