Summary
We are a small company based in Motherwell. We are offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to come into the company and help us grow. The right person will be rewarded through time for their dedication and hard work.
We are looking to employ a trainee window fitter/labourer.
The role will involve labouring to a qualified joiner whilst learning the trade to further your position within the company.
No experience is required as full training will be given, although, any experience would be beneficial.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking and determined to learn and progress their career.
The right candidate has to have impeccable timekeeping and attendance records.
We are mostly based in customers properties so the right candidate must be respectful of this at all times.
The starting wage is in line with the NMW but this will increase as experience is gained.
The position is part time with the opportunity of a full time position.
After traineeship you will be viewed as a qualified window fitter within this company and the salary will increase in line with a window fitters wage.
This position is more suited to a school leaver but will consider other other applicants.
