Breakdown of the Upholsterer Role:
• Products: Chairs, Sofas, Stools, Chaises, Beds
• Starting Salary: £13.33 per hour
• Salary after 3rd month: £15.00 - £17.00 (depending on performance)
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.00 AM to 5.00 PM & Friday: 08.00 AM - 13:00 PM
• Starting Overtime Rate: Evening & Saturday - Time and a half = £19.99 ; Sunday - Double pay = £26.66; (based on £13.33 pay per hour)
• Immediate Start
• Relocation package offered by the company up to £1500 for rent
• Location: Cramlington, United Kingdom
Duties for the Upholsterer Role:
• Attach finishes, including buttons (deep button), trim and other decorative accessories, to complete orders according to specifications.
• Measure and cut fabric pieces with the aid of patterns or stencils and industrial cutting tools to precise sizes and dimensions.
• Upholstering from start-to-finish complex work & huge pieces.
Ideal Upholsterer Candidate:
• Attention to detail & Passionate
• A minimum of 4 years experience gained within the industry working on bespoke furniture
