We are recruiting an Employer Engagement and Employability Coaches based in Manchester to work with Young people

You will work across community locations, supporting young people to access support, education, employment and training. This role will particularly focus on establishing community based employability programmes and work experience opportunities with local employers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to young people’s lives, it’s a very rewarding role with real job satisfaction.

Salary starting from £20,200 up to £25,252 per annum (dependant on experience)

Our holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays. We give an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service and everyone gets the day off on their birthday.
