Quality Control Operatives
Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire
Pay : £11.85 per hour
Hours : 7am to 4pm (6am to 6pm flexibility required), Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
• Completing label, bag, temperature and chemical checks
• To complete procedural audits in line with the schedule, to define corrective actions and to follow up the close out of actions
• To assist in the close out of non-conformances where required
• To support in the investigation of incidents of production issues
• To support day to day operations
• Being present on the shop floor
• Maintain paperwork in good order
• Traceability exercises
• Factory GMP audits
• Training & developing shop floor staff with regards to quality focus
• Monitor quality, weights and shelf life
• General file storing with ease of access of audits
• Effectively manage the packing of product against customer specification and to meet loading deadlines
Skills required…
• A good command of English and good communication skills
• The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a close team.
• An understanding of the importance of accuracy and the need to work to the highest possible standards.
• The ability to work to given deadlines, focusing on the tasks required
• Confidence to have a firm but fair approach to addressing quality matters
• Ability to support and aid operations
