Summary

Job Advert
We are looking for a Male Support Worker to join one of our Services in Llangennech on a full time (37.5 hours a week) basis. Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays.

We can be flexible with the number of hours offered and will consider applications from all interested candidates.
You must be able to drive and have knowledge of the wider area as part of the support you provide will include driving our Residents mobility cars. So you must have a full UK or EU driving licence and be 21 or over. Ideally, you will also have access to your own car as there is limited public transport to the Services.
About our Services
We are three adults who share a home. We like lots of different activities: sports, shopping, going out to eat, baking and cooking, going on holiday and visiting the beach. We work and play on our computers and phones. We do art courses and bike ability.
Some of us can speak, others are non-verbal. We hope that someone else will come to live with us soon.
Our services all provide support throughout the day and night. At the moment we have a variety of day shifts, such as 8am to 8pm, 8am to 10pm, 12 to 7pm and 8:30 to 10pm. We find that our staff prefer to have long shifts as they can then have more rest days. There are also waking night shifts and sleep ins.
