About the role:
This is a junior role within a specialised department of the council, involving works on all aspects of street lighting from civils works to electrical installation and testing. Our team covers a wide area of Powys and bordering counties. The work that we carry out is both interesting and challenging in equal measure.

Working outdoors you will enjoy a varied work calendar and will
always be learning new skills.
A driving licence would also be an advantage to the applicant but not essential.

Work alongside experienced members of the team to develop skills in line with department requirements
Take part in a full range of onsite and classroom based training to develop knowledge
Take an active role in the team
