Summary
Due to an internal relocation Greaves Gardening based near Stonehaven are looking for a person to fill the position.
Position
Gardening in gardens from small town gardens to large mature gardens and all in-between.
Tidying up gardens that need TLC.
Supporting guiding the current team and supervisors
Leading the teams by example
Dealing with customer face to face (current and new)
Looking at new work
Once in position there maybe opportunities to help plan the work schedules for the teams. This will require computer literacy skills.
The role will be on the tools with opportunities to have time away from the tools on other duties.
5 years of garden maintenance experience.
Proven supervisory experience
