    What do you need to succeed:

    You'll be a registered nurse and experience of working in a nursing role within a health care setting will be a strong advantage, but more important is a caring and compassionate attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships with residents and their families.

    A willingness to develop your leadership skills and determination to drive continuous improvement, while maintaining high compliance standards is highly desirable.
