We are searching for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our People Team! Could it be you?

The role is based in Manchester at our offices in the Northern Quarter, with the opportunity to work a few days from home once
fully established in role and according to business needs.

What will you do?

* Ensuring that all people-related administration is accurate and up-to-date.
* Work with the HR Manager to ensure continuous improvement of existing people policies and processes.
* Ensuring that all stored data is accurate and up-to-date, and held in compliance with GDPR principles.
* To act as the 'super user' and expert for People systems including the HR system, LMS and HRIS.
* Using technology to produce reports and drive efficiencies in how people and processes are managed.
* Supporting our Learning Coordinator with our Welcome and Induction process.
* Responsible for all new starter activity and administrative documents
* Processing contract variations, maternity/paternity leave requests, leavers, benefits/payroll administration etc.
* Working with the HR Manager to deliver and monitor key performance indicators, such as turnover, starters, sickness absence,
performance against objectives etc., for monthly reporting purposes.
* Conducting exit interviews with leavers and collate the data for analysis.
* Assisting with the monthly payroll process and be a point of contact for pay related queries.
* The first point of contact for all HR & Recruitment queries.
* Working with the Recruitment team to support recruitment activity including scheduling interviews, drafting employment
contracts and offer letters.




What are we looking for?

Essential:

* A strong administrative background
* Experience of working within a People team (HR, L&D, Talent).
* Experience of working within a fast-paced administration role
* Experience of working with an HR/ HRIS, or LMS system or database
* Basic understanding of HR/ People procedures.
* Experience of assisting with payroll processes



Desirable:




* Experience of developing brand new HR/ People processes and implementing them within a HR/ People team.

* Flexible and proactive approach to workload.
* Positive and can do attitude.
* Confident in communicating at all levels.
* Focus and commitment to deliver plans and meet deadlines.
* Wherever possible, takes ownership of enquiries and sees things through to the end.
