Summary
Forklift work based in Uttoxeter. (Mornings 06:00-14:00 /Afternoons 14:00-22:00)
We're currently looking for a skilled forklift driver to join our reputable client in the Uttoxeter area. This is a temporary position with the potential for ongoing work.
Responsibilities:- Operate the forklift truck to unload, move, stack, and load materials safely and efficiently.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.- Safely handle a variety of products and materials, both fragile and heavy.- Conduct daily inspections of the forklift truck and report any maintenance or operational issues.- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications:- Valid and in-date forklift license.- Proven experience operating a forklift, preferably in an industrial or warehouse setting.- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads.
Pay Rate: £12 per hour
