Summary

Ian Williams seeks an experienced Groundworker to join our successful Response Maintenance Business.

You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties in Teeside and surrounding areas. We want to hear from like-minded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

The Groundworker role:


Undertaking external domestic trade works predominantly; laying flagstones, erecting & maintaining fences, brickwork pointing and small areas of concrete
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.


What you will bring as a Groundworker:


Proven experience in fencing, laying flagstones and small areas on concrete to a professional standard in the domestic setting
Ability to work with targets in a fast paced and reactive environment
Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
