Our KPI Recruiting Executive Finance division are off to a remarkable start, and we are looking to grow the team!
We are looking for a Finance Recruitment Specialist to join our team, and help drive our success even further. Giving you the opportunity to continue to grow and progress your career to new levels!
What will the job role entail?
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the Finance market.
• Identifying new client opportunities and negotiating fees confidently
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and cultural fit to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Plan to meet the future recruitment requirements of our executive Finance client
• Use LinkedIn to grow your network whilst also attending networking events
• Utilise various channels to identify and attract top-tier finance talent
• Search and identifying marketable candidates with specialist skill sets
• Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard.
• Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand client base through lead generation, networking and referrals, whilst following our KPI Recruiting weekly sales cycle.
• Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to candidate placement, client satisfaction, and revenue targets.
• Work in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants to share best practice
• Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market, by staying up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activities
• Actively contribute to the growth of KPI Recruitment Ltd

What we are looking for from you!
• Full driving license is required**
• Can-do attitude, outgoing people person
• A sense of humour is essential!
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on Commercial or Finance/Accounting professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of the Finance/Commercial industry
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Great attention to detail.
• Able to build strong positive relationships
• Confident problem solver
• Ability to manage your own time
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
