Charlie’s Chicken is a small family run business in Broadstone, Poole. We are a multi format kitchen which caters for Piri Piri Chicken and will be soon launching our Pan Asian menu available for Collection and Takeaway. Our Motto is Healthy, Tasty, Piri Piri and we pride ourselves on creating delicious healthy recipes for food on the go.
We are looking to recruit or sponsor a capable Lead Grill Chef for work in our new store coming soon, the ideal candidate will be able to manage the kitchen and team whom they work alongside, join our team and help prepare and deliver delicious food to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a good level of Kitchen experience and be able to learn quickly, have strong multi-task skills, work independently and lead a small team to create dishes that match our passion for great food.
The right candidate must have experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably with either Piri Chicken or Pan Asian cuisine experience and must be able to perform to a high standard and lead others to deliver to the same high standard,
You will be responsible in delivering our current Charlies Chicken and Wingz and Tingz menu as well as launching our new and hotly anticipated Pan Asian cuisine to our customers, ensuring that all ordering, preparation, stock rotation and quality control are met and consistency within the kitchen team is adhered to in cooking dishes and plating. You will also ensure that all compliance is met with UK food hygiene practices and hold a minimum of a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification.
Experience is necessary as you will be responsible for training and developing new staff that come to the kitchen to work.
