**Role Overview:**
As an Assembly Operative, you'll play a crucial role in assembling parts from kits or scratch, ensuring impeccable quality and attention to detail. While previous experience is preferred, if you have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply!
**Key Responsibilities:** Assemble parts according to specifications with precision and accuracy Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks Follow assembly instructions and procedures meticulously Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards **Shift Details:** **Shift:** 2:00 pm - 10:00pm , Monday to Friday **Hourly Rate:** £11.44 per hour **Full-Time Role:** Transition to full-time employment after a successful 12-week probationary period Overtime rate paid after completing weekly 37.5 hours **Requirements:** Good eye for detail and precision Ability to stand on feet for extended periods Previous experience in assembly work preferred Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts **Perks & Benefits:** **Transport:** Own transport preferred, due to shift finish and location **Refreshments:** Enjoy complimentary hot drinks and fresh fruit provided daily **How to Apply:**
