Summary
Infrastructure Technician needed in Harrow, £17.40ph PAYE - Reference: 012212
- To provide technical support to the Traffic and Highways Asset team within Environment and Enterprise, enabling the team to achieve high service standards designed to improve the quality of life for Harrow residents and customers
- Prepare detailed drawings, maps, stat drawings, estimates, designs and technical reports across a range of specialist engineering areas and to a a high standard for for approval
- Carry out public consultation exercises for projects and schemes to ensure the production of fit for purpose design specifications
- Assist with the preparation of committee reports, technical reports, proofs of evidence briefing notes and correspondence
- To coordinate and prioritise reactive maintenance works within the constraints of available budgets, including passing works orders to third party contractors
- Conduct surveys, investigations and inspections in line with departmental procedures and recommend follow up actions
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
