Summary

Picker Packer

Our client based in Spalding is looking for Picker Packer roles to join their growing team to start ASAP!

If you can get to our busy depot in Spalding (by car or on foot), you'll be picking products primarily in a chilled environment.

The Spalding site is one of the largest in their Temperature Controlled Distribution network.

No experience necessary - full training will be given!

Role of a Picker Packer

  • Decanting various products from the boxes into the trays
  • Stickering
  • Cleaning trays
  • Counting the stock in the warehouse
  • Adhering to safety management standards.
  • Adhere to all training, work instructions, and procedures

Pay rates of a Picker Packer:

  • Monday to Friday 6 am - 8 pm - £11.44ph
  • Sunday to Saturday 8 pm - 6 am - £13.09ph
  • Sunday to Saturday 6 am - 8 am - £12.51ph

    (for night shift hours + £1.65 p/h for weekends + £1.07 p/h)

Shift:

  • Various shift available
  • 10 hours shift
  • 08:00-18:30 / 10:00-20:30
