Summary
As Outreach Worker you will be meeting people in their space more often than in an office, therefore you must have a current driving licence with access to a vehicle. We are looking for a resilient and committed individual who has an understanding of the problems faced by individuals finding themselves homeless or in insecure accommodation and who enjoys a challenge. Experience of substance misuse would be beneficial though we will provide training. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, and with a positive and engaging approach to our service users and staff. The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week with occasional weekend work. A full UK driving license is required. Should you be successful in your application, you will be required to provide 3 years worth of references and where applicable, will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
