Your new company
A Secondary School based in Wolverhampton is looking to appoint an interim Part time HR Assistant to support the school . The role is a long term role to cover a maternity leave. The cover is 3 days a week, 7.15am to 3.15pm. Looking for an ASAP start.
Your new role
The role will entail supporting the school on updating new starters onto the database, arranging interviews and sending out confirmation letters and safer recruitment paperwork. You will also support with staff absence management and minute taking meeting if required. You will also be responsible for undertaking vetting checks for new starters. The role will also include arranging staff cover. Previous schools experience is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have HR experience in the above ideally in a school and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have a clear DBS check.
