Pay rate: £11.55 per hour & £45 per sleep-in shift
Full time role: 37.5 hours
We are recruiting for Female Support Workers in Haughton. As a valued support worker, you'll be helping people you support to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. We are looking for confident and engaging individuals of a caring nature to work for an award-winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment.
Who will I be supporting?
You will be working as a part of a team supporting four very active ladies in their mid 20's to early 40's in their own home and soon to be a fifth lady moving into the house. The ladies are very outgoing and enjoy a lot of activities - concerts, day trips and supported holidays, weekends away and shopping. The ladies would also like support with life skills and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, food shopping, laundry, and their medication.
What shifts are available?
- 7am - 3pm / 2pm - 10pm / long days / sleep-ins
