Are you a Human Resources professional with a keen interest in recruitment and the employee lifecycle?
The Chichester College Group is recruiting for a HR Services & Recruitment Team Leader to join their friendly Human Resources team at Northbrook College in Worthing. As our HR Services & Recruitment Team Leader, you will manage the HR Services team to provide an outstanding recruitment service to the Group. You will also provide knowledgeable, proactive and customer focused advice and guidance to staff and managers on a range of recruitment, contractual and family-friendly matters. This is the ideal progression opportunity for a HR expert who wants to explore a more senior position.

Our HR Services & Recruitment Team Leader will have a level 5 CIPD qualification and have experience of recruiting staff in a large organisation and providing HR related advice and guidance.
