Our client is a highly respected, privately owned firm of Chartered Financial Planners who provide market-leading wealth solutions. They currently have a vacancy for an Administrator to join their growing team based in Highnam, Gloucester.
Working alongside the existing administrative team, your aim will be to help to deliver a first-class level of service to the clients.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to doing a great job, and who takes pride in their work. This role will be well suited to someone who is a strong communicator, who enjoys working with people from all walks of life, and who has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration, including handling post, telephone and email enquiries
- Liaising with companies and providers to chase for information
- Assisting in processing and chasing of new business
- Keeping internal systems up to date
- Helping to prepare and send out company communications
Candidate Attributes:
- Excellent administration capabilities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales
- Flexible and reliable team member
- Strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary: £25,000 - depending on experience + company pension + free onsite parking + casual Fridays + contribution towards a financial goal of your choice after successful completion of probation.
