Salary: £34,900 - £37,227 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct personal care and interventions to Patients/Service Users, coordinating care in collaboration with colleagues and ensuring adherence to high standards of practice and clinical excellence in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery (NMC) Code.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualised care to patients, considering their unique needs and preferences.
• Lead the comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care for both mental and physical healthcare needs.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders.
• Prioritise nursing duties, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure a safe environment for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and escalate concerns regarding patient well-being promptly.
• Support professional development and induction of new staff members, ensuring adherence to standards of care.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, including those related to mental health and capacity.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Mental Health/Learning Disability with active NMC Registration and 6-12 months post-registration experience.
• Knowledge of NMC standards and evidence of continuing professional development.
• Positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in IT.
• Minimum 6 months post-registration experience in Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing with ongoing professional development.

This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and nights, on a rotational basis, with potential for flexible working arrangements as per Group Policy.
