Summary
PLEASE SEE FULL JOB DESCRIPTION ATTACHED. To assist the qualified AHP in delivering Palliative Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services to patients in community setting and within the Specialist in-patient unit. The post holder will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary working alongside the specialist teams providing support for patients with complex palliative care needs, both within the Hospice and patients home environment.
