Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate Care Workers to join our dedicated team at Fuchsia Homecare Colchester. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care in accordance with best practices and legislative requirements, reflecting our company policies and procedures. You will work under the direction of the Care Supervisor, Deputy Manager, or Registered Manager to deliver person-centred care that supports the unique needs of each individual service user.
Responsibilities:
Provide care that is tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each service user
Support service users to maintain their skills, personal interests, and connections with the local community
Maintain current skills and undertake training and development as required
Ensure that service users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
Contribute to the efficient running of the service and the overall success of the team
Follow care plans and other information about how to support service users
Inform the Care Supervisor/Deputy Manager/Registered Manager of any changes in the needs of service users
Requirements:
Must have a valid driving license and own transportation
Compassionate and caring attitude towards others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to undergo relevant training and development
Benefits:
