Summary
Connect Appointments are seeking reliable people to join our clients team as Industrial Furnace/Oven Operators. Working within their Rosyth site, you will join a company who are the world's largest Atlantic Salmon producer.

- 4-on 4-off working pattern
- Rotational day and night shift
- Day: 5:30am to 6pm
- Night: 6:30pm to 6am
Working as a Industrial Furnace/Oven Operator your duties will include the smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns. Combined with the following:
- Rinsing trolleys of fish
- Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights
- Taking of Temperature controls & recording on CCP controlled Documents
- Plan & Manage workloads within a small team
- Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish
- Use of programmed Kilns
- CCP Cooling controls
- Inputting data on PC
- Mixing of dusts to specification
- Cleaning of Smoke Generators
To be successful within this Industrial Furnace/Oven Operator role you will ideally have previous experience within a similar role. Combined with: a positive attitude to safety is essential; great attention to detail; good communication skills; basic degree of computer literacy.
