Summary
My clients are a leading UK property developer selling to UK and international buyers. Based in and around the borders of Manchester city centre, properties are mainly sold off-plan and for investment purposes. Developments are in locations where there is both an undersupply of high-quality properties as well as proven demand from the UK’s rental market.
They are the lettings, property, and block management division of the group. All properties are of an impeccably high standard and offer high quality, stylish apartments to students and young professionals across the city.
We are looking to recruit for them a Commercial Cleaner. Cleaning in and around Manchester city centre. Mainly apartment blocks
**Must have LOTS of apartment block cleaning experience**
Salary and package
Starting salary for 40 hours £23,795K + excellent benefits
Permanent position
Monday to Friday
Undertake daily cleaning schedule in all common areas including (where in place):
Car Park, Building Entrance, Reception, Lounge Area, Gym, Toilets, Landings, Corridors Lifts and Lift lobbies, Smoking areas, Intemal door glass panels, staircases, stair treads and risers, banister rails, side stair edgings, window ledges. café area. post room, bin stores, laundry
LANDINGS:
Polish front of lifts and control panels on each floor.
STAIRCASES:
Remove marks from walls, paintwork, and doors.
CORRIDORS:
Vacuum and mop corridors on each landing:
Damp wipe low skirting and paintwork.
High dust directional signs on each landing.
Clean all stainless trims on main doors and kick plates on central door on each floor.
Polish exterior lift doors and control panels.
Clean ass in central stairwell doors on each floor.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
On a daily rotating basis ensure laundry rooms are cleaned including all machines, soap dispensers and trays, floor areas and hard surfaces, glass doors empty bins and leave clear and read for use.
RECEPTION:
Clean and replace Bin Liners.
POST ROOM: Dust and polish reception desk.
Wipe front of desk.
Damp wipe furniture.
Window cleaning and doors
LOUNGE:
Vacuum and mop Lounge floor.
CAFE:
Empty all bins and clean the outside of the bin.
Replace bin liners.
Wipe down lounge work top and sink.
Wipe down tables and coffee tables.
Wi down and tidy coffee bar
GYM:
Empty all bins and clean the outside of the bin.
Replace bin liners
TOILETS:
Replenish soap dispensers and wipe down soap dispenser
