Summary


Customer Care Representative

Salary- £24,900 per annum; Performance Related bonus (monthly)

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30

Location: Nottingham, NG2 1RT



The Role:

In this role, you'll take charge of your territory, ensuring you meet your KPIs and revenue targets through exceptional customer service. Based at our client’s Head Office in Nottingham, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues from various departments, including fantastic field-based teams. Plus, with our client’s flexible hybrid work policy, you'll have the freedom to balance your time between the office and working remotely.



We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service and a proven track record of delighting customers and hitting revenue targets. You'll need to be a master multitasker, adept at organising your workload and comfortable juggling multiple systems simultaneously.



If you have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field and are familiar with handling sensitive information, that's even better! We'd love to have you join our client’s team.

Key Responsibilities:

Building strong and lasting relationships with patients and clinicians to drive sales and increase customer service levels.
Maintaining a best-in-class level of customer service, continually going above and beyond to service our clients' patients.
Always looking to develop own skills and knowledge of Laryngectomy/Tracheostomy and the associated products.
Maintaining and ensuring a high level of ethics and integrity in customer service
Contributing to Territory Planning meetings with the Territory Sales Manager, nursing and Clinical Education teams
Increasing revenue for your territory through effective territory planning
Building trust and strong collaborative relationships with all departments including the field teams


The ideal candidate will have or be:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and efficient
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Ability to effectively follow up and maintain momentum on actions and initiatives.
An understanding of sales data, KPI’s and revenue targets
Positive and can-do attitude
Empathetic and emotionally resilient
High level of attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict processes and procedures.
Target-driven, proactive and resilient, with a desire to drive the success of the team and business.
Experience working in a contact centre is desirable but not essential.
Experience working in a medical/ pharmaceutical environment would be an advantage but not essential.
