Summary

We are an accredited training centre based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, delivering a range of qualifications in Health & Safety IOSH and NEBOSH and Management through ILM, we are also an ISO9001:2015 accredited business.

We are looking for an Accreditation Co-Ordinator/Administrator to take responsibility for our ILM Management Programmes, the role involves ensuring all documentation is set up correctly at the beginning of a programme, monitoring assessments and registering progress. To ensure we meet our obligations with the awarding body.
The role would also involve updating course materials, preparing materials for courses and issuing course materials to the students.
The person needs to have good IT skills and be competent in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, have a methodical and organised approach and good communication skills to liaise with trainers, students and employers.
There is opportunity to be involved with Marketing and Website, if this is an area of interest to the successful candidate.
There would also be the opportunity to work with our Health & Safety Team who deliver the NEBOSH Qualifications, working with candidates and marking papers, if this is something of interest we are prepared to develop the successful candidate in this area.
We are a small team, so the ideal applicant needs to flexible and work as part of a team.
This is a fulltime position, however, we are happy to consider flexible working hours and/or job sharing.
