Role Overview:
As a Support Worker with Dimensions, you'll play a crucial role in empowering individuals to lead the lives they desire. This includes supporting them in daily activities, fostering independence, and maintaining meaningful connections with family and friends.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to five individuals in their own home in Littlehampton.

- Assist with activities such as bowling, swimming, golf, and community outings.

- Aid in medication management, cooking, shopping, meal preparation, and cleaning.

- Facilitate and nurture relationships with family and friends.

Key Requirements:

- Caring nature and a passion for helping others.

- Ability to work as part of a small team.

- Willingness to work sleep-in shifts and weekends.
