Summary


We are looking to recruit a permanent part time (30.00 hours) Administration Assistant to work within our Community Drug & Alcohol Team - Brook Place

This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated team in delivering services to patients with substance misuse.

The team offers a wide range of support and records activity on a National data set. Our Addictions Services work in partnership with external agencies in the delivery and provision of services.

The successful candidate will be part of an admin team that supports our Addictions Community Team - Brook Place

The main duties will include:

Dealing with telephone calls from service users, carers and outside agencies. Taking messages and signposting them to the correct person/Department.

Have the ability to work in a confidential and sensitive manner, with an understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality

Receiving referrals and uploading them onto the system.

Data input, scanning, making appointments and sending out appointment letters Photocopying and general admin duties.
