As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming treatments. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform precision haircuts and styling according to clients' preferences and facial structure.
2. Provide expert beard trims, shaping, and grooming services.
3. Perform classic and modern shaving techniques with attention to detail and precision.
4. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a hygienic and safe environment.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in men's grooming.
7. Uphold the salon's standards of professionalism, excellence, and customer service.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and personalized recommendations.
9. Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, payment processing, and inventory management.
10. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barber in a salon or barbershop setting.
Excellent technical skills in haircutting, beard grooming, and shaving.
Strong knowledge of men's grooming trends, styles, and products.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
