Summary
The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Permanent CNC Operators for our manufacturing client based in Macclesfield.
Candidates must have some CNC Operating experience.
JOB PURPOSE:
The CNC Operator will operate a variety of high-quality precision machining centres,
producing machined parts according to customer specifications. The role will involve
carefully following process documents, loading/unloading machines and inspecting
machined parts to customer specification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate 5 Axis CNC router, CNC Beam Saw or Edgebander
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with customer specifications
Inspection of parts after machining
To work efficiently and safely
Working to achieve targets set in terms of Quality and Delivery, including daily output targets and low scrap levels
MEASURES OF SUCCESS/KPI's:
Achieving targets set in Quality and Delivery
Ability to work with others
Able to work to a high standard efficiently
Ability to prioritise workload
Able to work from written instructions, drawings etc.
No accidents through negligence
The annual salary is £28,288
The shift pattern is a 4 day week on a rota between Monday - Friday (06:00 - 17:00),
Holidays are 26.5 days per year
