Summary

Customer Care Representative - Events



The 152nd Open at Royal Troon

with a potential earning of £549.12 (48 hours x £11.44 tbc) before tax and NI reductions





In 18 - 21 July 2024, the world's greatest golfers will compete for the famous Claret Jug at Royal Troon for the first time since 2016 when Henrik Stenson was crowned Champion Golfer of the Year. We are looking to recruit Customer Care Representatives to be part of this iconic event. Staff who are be able to work all event days will be given priority.





With a very busy year ahead, we have work across the sports and music industries along with festivals and conferences, and exhibitions - so you will have the opportunity to be a part of the events you love in Glasgow and Edinburgh.





Our Customer Care Representatives provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff, therefore you will be responsible for ensuring the venues operate safely and securely.



This may include:

Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures
Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors attending the event
Monitoring visitor/crowd movements and behavior to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
Providing a high standard of customer care

Requirements:

Previous experience in events is not essential, as full training will be provided
Must be over 18 years old
Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification not essential, but must be willing to complete the fully funded training once on board
Excellent communication skills and customer focused
