Are you a time-served Maintenance Electrician with commercial experience? Are you looking for an FM company which offers career development and upskilling opportunities?
My client, one of the largest facilities management organisations in the UK, is seeking a qualified Electrician who has experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of planned and reactive maintenance within existing Facilities Management contracts. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, working on a mobile basis on sites around the Yorkshire area.

Main duties will include:
- Responding to and complete the planned, reactive and repair work orders given by the helpdesk team within the specified time.
- Responding to call outs if on call (as determined by the rota).
- Carrying out all aspects of Electrical Maintenance tasks.
- Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained.
- Comply with health and safety policies/legislation.
- Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- 18th edition qualified
- City & Guilds 2360 parts 1&2 or equivalent
- Full clean, UK driving licence
- Experience working within all aspects of electrical installation work.
- Ability to record work accurately on work sheets on computer-based systems
- To be able to join a call out rota
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
