- Job Description:

Lead a class with a high proportion of students with EHCP needs.
Utilize exceptional behaviour management skills.
Demonstrate genuine passion for inclusive education.

- Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to diverse student needs, including those with EHCPs.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies for a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with 1:1 support staff to provide targeted support to students with additional needs.
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to address challenges and access support resources.
Foster strong communication channels with parents, providing regular updates on student progress.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.

Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and EHCP processes.
