Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our award winning team in The Fighting Cocks, Horton Kirby, Dartford.
Candidates must be hard working, passionate, creative and have an eye for detail working with fresh ingredients.
Salary up to £31500 per year
Share of tips
Flexible working hours (2 full days off per week)
Comply with our food standards and guidelines.
Comply with Health & Safety policies & procedures
Manage supplier ordering and maintain correct stock levels
Work alongside our current head & sous chefs.
Deputise for head chef in his absence
You must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in the UK and have a UK bank account. The Fighting Cocks is not supported by a robust public transport system. With this in mind the ideal candidate will be local enough to be able to walk to the venue, have access to a car, be able to drive and have a full UK driving licence.
