Summary

Working Hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday based at our office in Neath (35 hours per week at Minimum Wage)

Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone
Organising filing systems and updating office databases
Responding to questions and requests for information
Programming jobs into the system for jobs to be installed or dismantled
Access to our Social Media platforms for continuous updating and using new apps to create videos of works for marketing purposes.
Experience in system compliance would be beneficial but not essential.
Keeping office clean and tidy.

Will need to have very good knowledge of Microsoft packages (word/excel/Power point)
