Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parking Representation Officer. As a Parking Representation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with parking regulations and representing our organization in interactions with customers. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
Enforce parking regulations and issue citations to vehicles parked in violation of these regulations
Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding parking violations
Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to disputed parking citations
Represent our organization in administrative hearings and court proceedings related to parking violations
Maintain accurate records of parking violations, appeals, and outcomes
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure efficient parking enforcement
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to parking enforcement
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of parking regulations and traffic laws
Proficiency in using computer applications and databases for record keeping and data analysis
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.05
