We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Coordinator - Web and CRM Systems to help us make a difference for our students. Our Senior Coordinator - Web and CRM Systems will primarily be based at our Vantage Point campus with potential for hybrid working.


The Role

You will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital infrastructure and strategy to improve the student journey. Working closely with multiple departments, you will coordinate the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring seamless integration with our new website and to make best use of SDC data. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the college to understand their needs and align digital solutions with the broader college goals. You will also work in close partnership with the college’s marketing team to oversee the development of a new college website. As a key player in our technology landscape, you will drive innovation, efficiency, and user satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the college's mission of inspiring our community through learning.



The Person

This is a hands-on role, which would ideally suit someone who is forward-thinking, innovative, curious, high-energy, self-aware, who is passionate about making a positive difference, and who thrives in an inclusive and diverse college community. You will have experience of developing CRM systems, M365 and Power Platform, as well as knowledge of wider web development. You will need to have GCSE grade C/4 or above or equivalent level 2 English and maths, and a willingness to undertake additional vendor specific training/ qualifications when required. You will also need experience in a similar role, with experience of coordinating projects including liaising with stakeholders. You will also have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, be able to stay calm under pressure, and a strong focus on process.



The Department

IT Services manage SDC's central technology infrastructure and provides services and applications to support the educational missions of the organisation, as well as the College's business functions. Our vision is #makingIThappen. We work with key stakeholders to develop IT strategic planning; provide applications and systems; support departments and individuals with help via the IT Service Desk; and supply a communications infrastructure to support advanced network, voice, and web services.
