Summary
Seeking an individual interested in working in the recycling and environmental sustainability industry. This position is responsible for inspect, clean and remove all material / debris etc. from all machinery and structures on Site in an efficient and professional manner. Working in Long Marston, the successful candidate will be part of a team and work under the supervision of a knowledgeable and supportive Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement a continual high standard of cleaning to ensure optimum production throughout the day on all processes at Long Marston
• To inspect all areas of Plant/Platforms so all blockages/build- up of materials can be cleaned and removed
• To remove and clean all spillage on Ground Floor level in both Plants
• To clean behind all Guards and replace back securely if removed
• Empty Bins that are full
• Grinding Work/ Use of Air Lance when required
• Operational use of Mobile Plant if qualified from time to time and the safe use of Ladders
• To assist maintenance in manual labour if and when required
• Comply with all Isolation Procedures throughout your shift as instructed in our Company Policy
• Ensure the correct PPE is being worn
• In the absence of your Line Manager if you have any queries you must liaise with the other Supervisor on duty and to carry out any other tasks requested by them if required.
• Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
• Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community
