We have an exciting locum opportunity for a Transport Officer with UK experience to join our team. The postholder will manage the transport requirement for the Sedgemoor Area, for any Health related transport.
Location: Taunton
Pay rate (Assignment rate): £15.88 per hour
Contract Length: 8-Months
Working Arrangements: Can work from home, however will be required to attend office base occasionally for training and line management meetings, (these take place every six weeks)
Requirements for the Transport Officer role:
Excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and communicate with various different transport providers and requesters
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when entering Transport Requests
Be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft WORD, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication is required for this role
Previous UK experience working within a similar role
