Summary

You will have A Degree/Diploma in Adult Nursing First level registered nurse Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team / multiagency working (Desirable) You need to have an understandingof undertaking complex assessments and the planning and evaluation of care package Excellent Communication, both written and verbal Evidence of effective interpersonal skills Clinical Risk assessment skills Ability to problem solve and make clinical decisions Understanding of NMC standards and implications to practice Ability to work independently in community setting High clinical standards We have built organisation-wide committees in many specialist fields.
