Summary
As a Senior Delivery Workflow Manager, your key duties will include:
• Critical workflow planning and reporting; providing a holistic view of workflow management.
• Analysis of business data, identifying trends and risks; providing valuable bench marking as well as timely insights to various stakeholders.
• Balancing workflow across all products and work streams to achieve optimum results.
• Reviewing performance data to plan the management of workflow.
• KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Support to the Assistant Head including representing at boards and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advisor to senior leadership on delivery workflow management plans.
• Lead on design of new MI to support the workflow management planning and reporting requirements.
• Lead on/offer support to projects to deliver continuous improvements to all Delivery areas, improving processes for real time benefits.
• Acting as a subject matter expert working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Line management responsibilities and acting as a role model to provide a continuous improvement and growth mindset.
